One World, One Flag is an idea, not an organization. There are no salaries or overhead of any kind. No office. It exists only in the hearts of those who embrace it. The flag images are meant for public consumption and thus given away. The working capital that went into designing the image and printing the stickers has been put forth by founders.

We choose to operate this way because we believe the image and the message can be cast most meaningfully and most widely by reducing the financial barriers and, importantly, avoiding the accumulation of money which necessarily taints the purity of the pursuit. Though we understand the naiveté of shunning cash in a cash-driven world, we nonetheless shun cash.
